Waldeck Capital LLC awards General Contract to Skanska to construct the Rocco Forte Hotel in Prague.

Waldeck Capital LLC announced today that a contract has been awarded to Skanska CZ a.s., a wholly owned subsidiary of Skanska Sweden for the development and reconstruction of the St. Thomas Hotel in Prague.
“By awarding the contract to Skanska, we are absolutely confident that we have secured the commitment of the very best company possible with their experienced team to reconstruct this very complex and difficult development. It is a credit to Skanska that they are committed to complete the project on time and to the exacting standards demanded by us as investors and developers as well as Sir Rocco Forte."
The contract price is undisclosed.
