Waldeck Capital receives a Building Permit

Waldeck Capital has the pleasure to announce the issue of a Building Permit on 15.09.2006 for the reconstruction of the project site, following a long period of negotiations and meetings with public and offical authorities responsible for preservation and development of historical heritage in Prague.

In the coming weeks the start of construction will be officially celebrated by a Ground-breaking ceremony in the presence of Sir Rocco Forte, Chairman of The Rocco Forte Collection.

This event starts the second phase covering the sensitive reconstruction of the valuable historical premises of the project, whereby the authorities as well as our own experts will consistently inspect and monitor the process with respect to adherence of the developer and contractor to the limitations and guidelines set by the respective historical and preservation authorities in the building permit.
